Classic Singapore Sling
​
The Singapore Sling was created in the early 1900s at Raffles Hotel in Singapore and is known for its vibrant color and refreshing and fruity taste
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz cherry liqueur
- 1/4 oz Cointreau
- 1/4 oz Benedictine
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/3 oz Grenadine
- A dash of Angostura bitters
- Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish
- Ice
Instructions
1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add the gin, cherry liqueur, Cointreau, Benedictine, pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine, and bitters.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
6. Serve and enjoy this iconic cocktail!
